Loose Hairs
Although each brush is carefully inspected, occasionally short loose hairs may remain within the bristles and adhere to the face during initial use. This typically subsides within one to two weeks of regular use. Please rest assured.
Individual Differences in Bristle Material
Natural hair, like human hair, varies even within the same type. Some bristles may be softer, others firmer or slightly wavy. We carefully balance and adjust these variations to ensure consistent quality; however, please understand that each brush is not entirely identical.
Blooming of the Brush Tip with Use
Natural hair brushes have cuticles, and with repeated use and washing, the tips may gradually bloom and become fuller. For those who wish to maintain very fine, precise lines—such as for eyeshadow, eyebrow, or shadow liner application—we recommend synthetic brushes from our J Series.
Color Fading of the Bristles
For brushes that have been dyed, slight color fading may occur during the first few washes. This does not affect the quality or performance of the brush.
