The brush is soft and gentle on the skin, yet it provides a glossy finish despite being made with squirrel hair. Due to its slightly longer hairs, it might feel a bit tricky to use depending on the size of your makeup container. If you prefer something more compact, I recommend the Z-1. I plan to use this one for finishing and the Z-1 as a powder brush.
