The bristles are gentle on the skin but have just the right amount of resilience, making it possible to pick up even harder pressed powders like NARS Light Reflecting Setting Powder. I considered synthetic bristles as well, but this brush was undoubtedly the right choice.

I purchased the angled and tapered brushes from the same series for shaving, as well as the cheek and highlight brushes, and liked them so much that I ended up buying an additional brush for face powder. I was unsure about the difference between the round and flat brushes and which one would be more suitable for me, but after watching Chikuhodo's makeup brush usage video, I chose the flat brush. It was very helpful. The combination of the angled, tapered, and flat brushes is so gorgeous that it's almost mesmerizing.
